Can the products be washed? Yes by hand. Air Dry.
Can the products be washed? Yes. Wash cold on the gentle cycle.  Air or line dry.
Are the products waterproof? We have both regular and waterproof nylon. All waterproof nylon is designated as waterproof.  The content information listed at the bottom of the product description.  In The Design Studio, the waterproof nylon is clearly labeled.
What if the combination I want is not offered in The Design Studio?
Please contact us.  We will do our best to accommodate your request.
How long will it take to get my order? 
WINDOW MASKS will be shipped in 24-28 hours after order is placed. Please expect an additional 2-5 days for shipping.
CUSTOM or SEMI-CUSTOM items are made-to-order.  We try to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. The process can take up to 2 weeks.
READY-TO-SHIP items will be sent immediately. Please expect an additional 2-5 days for shipping.
Can my order be rushed? Occasionally we may be able to rush an order. Please contact us before placing your order. Please provide us with the following information: (1) what item(s) you're planning on ordering, (2) when you need them, and (3)where they need to be shipped. 
Can I make changes to my order? If you'd like to change to an order, please contact us ASAP. Once an item has gone into production, we can no longer make changes to it or cancel it.
Items removed from the cart are still being included in the order total. How do I get rid of them? Clear your browser history and those items will be removed. If you are still having a problem call us at 860-284-0026.
Will I be charged sales tax? Sales taxes are applied based on the location to which the order is being shipped. Orders being shipped to Connecticut will include 6.35% sales tax.
What is the shipping rate? We offer free shipping in the contiguous United States. We ship by USPS First Class (Window Masks) or USPS Priority Mail (Custom and Ready-To-Ship Products)
Can an order be shipped internationally? We do not ship internationally. We hope you consider using a mail forwarding service.
Can my purchase be sent directly to a gift recipient? Yes. Enter your address in the billing section and the gift recipient's address in the shipping section. If you'd like to include a message with your gift, please do so at checkout. The message can be added in the box called "Special Instructions to Seller".

Will my bag look exactly like what is pictured?  Every bag is handmade.  The pattern of each bag can vary depending on the pattern and the layout of the fabric. 
We have made every effort to accurately display our product colors on our website. However, please note that colors and patterns can vary a bit due to the monitor on which they are viewed.
